By accessing or using the Urban Living platform — including our mobile application and website at urbanliving-app.web.app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Urban Living is a property listing platform that enables property owners ("Owners") to list residential properties for rent and allows prospective tenants ("Users") to discover and enquire about available properties via QR codes and web links.

We do not act as a real estate agent, broker, or intermediary. We provide a technology platform only. All rental agreements are strictly between Owners and tenants.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Owners who list properties on Urban Living agree that:

• All listing information (photos, rent, amenities, contact details) is accurate and up to date.
• They have legal authority to list the property for rent.
• They will not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings.
• Urban Living may remove any listing at its sole discretion without notice.

When you generate a QR poster for your property, the QR code encodes a unique URL linked to your listing. Urban Living tracks the number of times this URL is accessed (impressions) and the number of QR code scans. This data is displayed on your personal dashboard and is not shared publicly.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the platform.
• Use automated means to generate fake impressions or scans.

All content on the Urban Living platform — including the logo, design, and software — is the intellectual property of Urban Living. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without prior written consent.

By uploading photos or other content to the platform, you grant Urban Living a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

Urban Living is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of property listings and are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between Owners and tenants.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Urban Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
